  I went into the store to speak to someone about ordering a cake and was directed to rge online form. About a month before the event I submitted my cake request and was told someone would get back to me within 2 days. Over a week later, no response so I submitted again and agaim recieved a confirmation that someone would get back to me 2 days later. Fast forward 3 week, to 3 days before the event. I recieve an email with a quote fot the cake. I send an email explaining my dissapointment and that I had made other arrangements for the cake since it took them a month to get back to me. Their only response was:

  Delightful macarons, this is my go to place. Cupcakes are delicious too , but I find the icing to be a tad too buttery. Wish there was more space but I'm impressed with what she has done with the area despite the size

  Either completely oblivious to what good customer service requires (i.e a sincere apology) or very passive agressive and reckless. Hiding an insufficient response with exclamation marks and faux courtesy is a good way to lose customers. I would say this is the worst customer service I've ever had from a small business.

  I agree with the other reviewer that the space is not great, it's some how dark even though there's a big window, there's only one table so you definitely have to plan to grab and go. However, the baked good are as good as when they were in uptown. I had a sugar donut and a cupcake and both were very well done and beautiful to boot!
