  The guy did my hair a few times I really like the service the first time so I kept going. The third or forth time I was there he thinned my hair! I never asked him to do that and he ruined my hair (My hair is past my butt).

  not only is that unprofessional but he's married with 3 kids!!!!!!. I'll never go back and I tell everyone I know not to go there.

  I brought my mom here for a spa pedicure for her birthday. We had a lovely time. I found the entire staff very friendly. The pedicure itself was soothing and the aestheticians were very pleasant. We also did some waxing and I was pretty pleased with how it turned out.

  I showed the stylist exactly what I wanted and she said she would be able to do it no problem but not get the exact blonde because my hair is auburn so it is hard to achieve white blonde, I paid almost $250 to get the exact same hair colour I came in with and not even a shade difference... she told me this is the colour she told me she was going to get but it was literally no difference and I had explained to her that if it wasn't going to make a difference not to do it and she insisted I would see a difference. I do not recommend going to this salon, it is a waster of time and money, I sat there for 4 hours to leave with no change.

  I've been going to Shelby for awhile now. The first haircut was a pretty big job (cutting off 15 inches of hair), and while the bangs/face framing was a little bit irritating, it was overall a decent cut. I haven't really gotten anything overly fancy done since then, but she's a pretty good stylist. She's very friendly and good with customer service.

  However, the other staff seems snobbish and easily distractable. When trying to book or pay for an appointment in person, they always seem to make you feel unwelcome just by the tone of their voices. I've also seen them walk away from a customer to stand and chat with somebody, while the customer sat there looking around like "What the heck, where'd they go?".

  Then he told me next time I make an appointment to make it for the end of his shift and he could take me for drinks and maybe show me the backseat of his car.
