  Horrible service for food. Waited over an hour for food then they realized they lost it. Except they didn't admit it, and told us we were the ones that lost it and couldn't get a refund. If someone from another lane didn't come and tell them they had an extra plate of food delivered to them an hour ago we wouldn't have gotten refunds. It's okay that they made the mistake but the insistence that they gave us our food and we must be the ones that are lying was rude. Didn't appreciate the attitude from the staff either.

  Worst possible place I’ve ever been. Got ripped off, the natchos were still cold, and am physically sick from the food. The management doesn’t know how to deal with customers and needs an education in customer service. Don’t go to this bowling alley if you don’t want to get sick or eat 21 dollar cold natchos. Horrible

  I’ve been to this location twice. One time was good one time was horrible. On the second occasion we called to make a reservation and nobody answered so we just came hoping for the best. We ended up having to wait 30 minutes which we expected. We ordered food and waited at the bar until our names were called. My friend happened to notice that there was a nasty fingernail laying on the bar which was disgusting. We finally got our lane and waited another hour for our food. The food was decent but extremely overpriced for what it was and the portion sizes were small. My friend had ordered an extra order of fries on the side for his girlfriend which cost $6 extra which is insane! They ended only being a few fries extra. It was so un noticeable that someone else had eaten them thinking that was a regular portion. When we complained about the situation we were told we would receive an extra order of fries (we didn’t). Others around us were having food issues as well. I felt sympathy for the staff as it appeared they were short staffed. The bar staff seemed flustered and angry. The guy at the front counter was busy but nice to customers. I would probably come back to bowl but I would never purchase food or drinks again!

  This places decor is stuck in the 90's. Very run down looking, but usually pretty packed. If they spent some money to renovate, I'm sure this would be a popping spot again.

  The lane we were in broke so the moved us to the one beside it. Was nice not having to wait for it to be fixed.

  There was no food being made when I went. But they were still making drinks. A bit pricey but they tasted good.

  Decent place to bowl. Good deals everyday, makes it really cheap.
