  They have no idea what customer service is and would rather lose a customer than take any ownership or try to resolve an issue with clear implications. Sadly, I would no longer trust them to take care of my wheel barrow.

  This place is very unprofessional and the staff do not put the customer first!! Long story short, brought my 2012 equinox in (that I purchased there) last minute because of issues and was told the engine had to be replaced which would cost $6000 so they kept my car and did not offer me a rental. I was with my son and father. I was not going to just assume they were right. 2 weeks after getting the run around they say the problem is something else and would cost $1500. Big difference!!

  The part was removed yesterday only to find out the didn't even fully bolt it back in .1/3 bolts to hold a piece of a transmission in place is unacceptable.

  Very poor customer service and their service department and technicians have no idea what they are doing. They replaced a part on my vehicle under warranty and it was never the same. Went in 6-7 times only to be told it was perfectly fine.

  After finding the issue the dealership was called and I informed the service manager of the issue. He basically said he wasn't there when the work was done so it's not his problem. Zero regard or concern for customer safety or satisfaction.

  Drove from London to get the car of my dreams from Scherer! I was very well taken care of by Derek McKay....he took his time and made sure all of my needs were met....he drove the car to my home the next day when he was done work and went over everything in great detail to me! The car was in pristine condition and he took his time to show me everything even after his hours....my family and I were extremely impressed with his professionalism and kindness! Thanks again Derek!
