  Bottom line: If you can deal with really bad customer service then go ahead and buy their stuff. Otherwise, take your money elsewhere.

  So be sure the furniture will fit, and match your home before your purchase. Sales people will claim ‘you can try it out first to be sure it matches/fits and return if no’ which is NOT the case

  Great quality to price ratio. Some of these reviews are saying the service is bad because the staff won’t immediately greet you; this is an unfair criticism and one of the things that set Structube apart from every other furniture store. It feels good browsing in peace without being stalked by employees frothing at the mouth for a commission. Apparently some people here just don't get that.

  Love this store purchased queen size bed it's very sturdy and strong.. no squeaks it has a very solid frame and no need for mattress box. Purchase 2 dining table chairs just as an accent.. love it, very solid. Minor skill needed to assemble bed and chair.. See pictures attached.

  Bad - customer service, specifically at the Kitchener branch: Delivery date kept getting pushed. Ordered the bed frame back in September with an original estimated delivery date in October. That got pushed to November, then December and finally it arrived at the end of January. Not a big deal unless you're in desperate need of furniture. However, whenever I called in to get an update on the delivery, I got really bad customer service. There's one brunette lady that works there - she's rude and cold. Very snappy and barely looked at me when I went in to pay the balance.
