  Absolutely brutal will never return, even if free.....went in last night. Order our meals, stood there waiting for 20 minutes, while they put my burger onion rings and fries sitting on tray, not sure why it took so long to make the other burger. Finally sit down and my BK Stacker is not how I ordered it. I specifically asked for only ketchup/pickles no stacker sauce, and what did I get only stacker sauce. The receipt clearly showed what I ordered. So I now have to wait for new burger and the guy blames the white women who did the cash. I interrupted him and said I am sorry it is the person in the back who cannot read English, look at this receipt it is rung in as I asked. Not her fault, I am was so disgusted by that. Food was cold and crappy. We weren't the only ones who were fed up. Should have went to Harvey's instead like we planned at the least the food would have been correct and hot.

  If I could give that establishment zero stars I would have. I went through the drive through around 9pm. Firstly, there was no staff that answered. I actually rolled back and forth a little ;give them the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps nobody heard. Still nothing. So I called out. Finally! There are employees in there! Asked for a combo #1 with a poutine instead and a few other things. The order was then REPEATED BACK TO ME and I proceeded to pay. After payment I was asked to pull around and wait by the door- as the food was not ready. (it was a ghost town. Now I know why). Over 5 minutes go by and an employee comes out with my order...Which was wrong.I was asked to go inside to straighten in out, the shift manager proceeded to charge me for the poutine I had ordered? According to them I ordered fries. This confused me as I clearly ordered a poutine.... It was repeated back to me! Then the manager called me a liar. After that I demanded a refund.

  Wow. It’s been like a decade since I’ve stopped in to home of the Whopper and I must say, very good!! I was impressed at the freshness, considering a fast food joint. Oddly enough, didn’t feel sick after eating there like One does after the Golden Arches...
